Ian has years of experience in managing accommodation with a focus on reliability, safety and comfort. He runs Westcote B&B with a personal touch – ensuring rooms are well cared for, communal spaces are tidy and functional, and guests feel at ease during their stay.

While Westcote is open to all, Ian often works with local councils, contractors and agencies to provide a stable and convenient accommodation option for individuals working or relocating in the area. The property is HMO-compliant and maintained to a high standard.
