Yes – each of the six bedrooms has its own private ensuite with shower, sink and toilet.

Yes – all guests have access to a fully equipped communal kitchen, including cooking facilities, fridge, microwave, kettle, and utensils.

Yes – there is off-road parking on site, available to all guests free of charge.

Yes – free Wi-Fi is provided throughout the property, and each room also includes a smart TV.

Absolutely. Many guests stay for extended periods due to work placements or relocation. Weekly and monthly arrangements can be discussed directly with Ian.

Yes – Ian regularly works with local councils and contractors to provide secure, invoiced accommodation. Please get in touch to discuss availability and booking terms.

No – Westcote is a non-smoking property. Smoking is not permitted inside any rooms or shared areas.

Yes – for guest safety, CCTV is in operation around the exterior and all internal communal areas. Bedrooms and bathrooms are, of course, private.

Unfortunately, pets are not permitted at this property.
